Stop double bookings in Wix Bookings.
Wix syncs one outside calendar per staff member. SlotKeeper blocks busy time from all of them: Google, Outlook, Apple, and other booking tools.

One calendar isn't enough.
Your stylist has a personal Google calendar. Your massage therapist also takes clients through another app. Your front desk keeps an Outlook calendar for meetings.
Wix Bookings can only sync one of those per person. Wix's own help center says staff "can each sync to one external calendar … at a time." So clients book the times Wix can't see, and someone has to call them to reschedule.
Set it up once. It keeps every slot honest.
1
Install SlotKeeper from the Wix App Market.
2
Add each staff member's calendar links: Google, Outlook, iCloud, or any booking tool that offers a calendar feed.
3
SlotKeeper blocks the busy times in Wix Bookings automatically, and removes the blocks when plans change.
One double booking costs more than a year of SlotKeeper.
Clients: a client who gets bumped may not come back. Industry estimates put a lost salon client at $350–600 over three years.
Reviews: one frustrated client can leave a public review that every new client reads.
Your day: no more blocking whole mornings "just in case" or calling people to reschedule.
We see when you're busy. Never why.
SlotKeeper keeps only the start time, end time and busy status of each event. Never titles, notes, locations or guests. Calendar links are treated like passwords, and SlotKeeper only changes the blocks it created. Your bookings and your own events are never touched.

Questions

No. SlotKeeper only adds and removes its own busy blocks.
Which calendars work?
Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud, and any booking tool that gives you a calendar feed link (often called iCal or ICS).
Do my staff have to share their whole calendar?
No. SlotKeeper only reads busy times. Outlook can even publish busy times only.
When can I use it?
Founding users start in a private beta in late October. The public App Market listing follows Wix's review.
Is there a contract?
No. Billing runs through Wix, and you can cancel any time.
